Reserving a gorilla permit
Begin by securing your gorilla permit through booking. Contact UWA to check the availability of tracking slots for your chosen park and date.
To verify the availability of gorilla permits, you can either visit the UWA reservation offices in person or email them.
The UWA sales executive will inform us if the slots are unavailable on your specified dates. At that time, we can propose alternative dates and locations for the client.

The Uganda Wildlife Authority can provide a proforma invoice confirming guests’ gorilla tracking service reservations.
The permit reservation remains valid for 7 days without payment. Our team must complete the payment within these 7 days to confirm and secure the reservation. The payment amount should match the total invoiced amount and be made to the UWA bank accounts via the approved methods specified by the official.
If the client does not make payment according to UWA guidelines, the reservation may be cancelled and re-listed for sale to other customers.
