Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
Meet and greet your guide for the next 15 days. He or she will take you through a briefing for the entire activities, accommodation, transport and places to explore on this trip. After this short briefing, you will embark on an approximately 6-hour drive to Masai Mara National Reserve in the southwestern part of Kenya, taking you through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley with breathtaking views. Upon arrival, you will check in to a lodge and have a hearty lunch.
In the late afternoon, you will proceed for an evening game drive. It will introduce you to the ecosystems of the park. You will have a chance to spot a variety of animal species, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, buffalo and other animal species. Return to the lodge for your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full-day in Masai Mara with picnic lunch
