Hiking Mountain Rwenzori
Mountain Rwenzori is one of the interesting destinations in Kasese. It is among the snow-capped mountains in Africa. Mount Rwenzori is located at the border of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Hiking this mountain takes about 7 to 9 days depending on one’s level of fitness. Hiking Mountain Rwenzori ends at the highest summit known as Margherita Peak. There is no other adventure than kissing the snow-capped Margherita Peak. Hikers take different routes including the Kilembe Trail, the Central Circuit, and many others.
Game Drives
This is one of the common activities done by tourists in Kasese (Queen Elizabeth National Park). The park has several tracks that travelers explore during game drives.
