Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Kampala City Tour
Upon arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will meet our driver guide. After the meet and greet, you will take on a Kampala city tour. Some of the places to see include; the Kasubi royal tombs, Gadhafi Mosque, Bahai Temple, and Buganda Kingdom Palace. Lunch will be within the city. In the evening, you may take part in a nightlife in one of the clubs in Kampala. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park Via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. You will stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, you will track the critically endangered rhinos and learn about wildlife conservation in Uganda. You will have an en-route lunch in Masindi town and proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, you will hike to the top of the falls for a memorable experience. Did you know that the Murchison Falls are the world’s strongest waterfalls? In the evening, you will check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on River Nile
Have an early morning meal and go on the search for early risers in the park. During your morning game drive, you will get up close with the big 4 animals. These include; lion, elephant, buffalo, and leopard. The game drive will also introduce you to many bird species including the critically endangered as well as Rift Valley endemic species. You will then come back to your lodge for lunch and some relaxation.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Nile River for a boat cruise excursion. During the boat cruise, you will get up close to hippos and crocodiles. Take time to interact with the local fishermen. In the later hours of the day, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park and Bigodi Wetland walk
Start your day with a sweet meal, check out, and embark on the road to Kibale National Park. This park is famous for being home to many primates hence the name “The Primate Capital of the World”. You will have lunch along the way and enjoy iconic views of the Rwenzori mountains. In the afternoon, you will take a tour around Magombe Swamp. The swamp is home to many endemic bird and butterfly species. A professional bird guide will be available to explain to you everything that you deserve to know. You will proceed with a tour of the Bigodi Village. Here, you will meet the Bakiga women dancing as well as the banana man in the Banana Village. Taste on that locally-made beer or coffee for a great experience. In the evening, you will check in to your accommodation facility for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
The 5th day of your 15 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari and Kenya Beach Experience belongs to the human-like apes (chimpanzees). The day starts with a delicious breakfast early in the morning. Later, you transfer to Kanyanchu Park headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing, you will search for these magical primates. Once you meet the chimps, you can spend one hour in their presence. Ensure to follow the chimpanzee trekking photography rules and regulations. Return to your lodge for lunch.
Later on, check out of the lodge and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You may visit the Nyakasura Falls and Amabere Caves. This tour has views of the crater lakes at the top of the world. Proceed with a drive to Uganda’s most famous safari destination – Queen Elizabeth National Park. Once you arrive, check in to your booked lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 6: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel
Nothing amazes like a game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park! This will be the highlight of the day. The game drive will start immediately after an early breakfast at your lodge. During this game drive, you will see animals like leopards, antelopes, elephants, warthogs, and many more. The park is also home to many savannah bird species. Lunch will be at your lodge.
In the afternoon, you will go to either Mweya or Katunguru for a boat cruise. The cruise will take you to the deeper parts of the Kazinga Channel. You will see hippos, water birds, and crocodiles. Come back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Morning game drive and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On the 7th day of your 15 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari and Kenya Beach Experience, you will explore the Ishasha sector. The day will start with a leisurely breakfast. Later on, you will check out of the lodge and take a morning game drive in the Ishasha Sector of the park. The sector is famous for being home to the rare tree-climbing lions. On a lucky day, you will spot lions hunting down prey. Proceed with an en-route lunch to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Upon arrival, check in to your lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 8: Gorilla trekking and Batwa community tour
It is a mountain gorilla trekking day, guess what the day will look like! After breakfast at your lodge, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing. You will be grouped and assigned a professional ranger guide. With his expertise, meeting the gorillas will be less challenging. Once you meet the gorillas, spend one hour in their presence while taking many photos. The park is also home to many primate, butterfly, plant, and bird species. Feed your eyes as much as you can. Come back to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Batwa communities nearby. The Batwa people are the ancient natives of the forests in Uganda, Rwanda, and Congo. Take part in their activities before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Fly to Masai Mara via Entebbe Airport
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and drive to either Kisoro Airstrip or Kihihi Airfield. Alternatively, you may cross to Kigali for a flight to Kenya. The Kihihi or Kisoro flights will take you to Entebbe International Airport. From here, you will board your chartered plane to Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. After arrival, you will be transferred to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Full-day game drives in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you will head out for full-day game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will meet the great wildebeest migration experience. The safari will take you through the vast savannah expanses. You will encounter many wildlife and bird species. A picnic bush lunch will be another highlight of the day. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge.

Day 11: Another Day in the Mara Plains – Wildebeest Migration Experience
The great wildebeest migration experience in Kenya deserves another day on your Kenya safari. This day is particularly meant to give you what you could have missed the previous day. You will visit the Mara River and witness the wildebeests as they close to the other side of the river. You will also visit the Masai Villages for a great cultural experience during this safari.

Day 12: Transfer to Nairobi and Fly to Dian Beach
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and embark on the drive to Nairobi. Later you will transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for a flight bound for Mombasa. Upon arrival, you will board a train or our company representative will drive you to Dian Beach. Check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Excursion to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park and Wasin Island
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Shimon from where you will board a boat cruise to Kisite – Mpunguti and Wasin Island. On this island, you will get a chance to taste seafood and watch dolphins. Interact with the local fishermen and women on the island and learn something new about life on the Indian Ocean coast. You may as well take part in several activities like snorkeling and swimming. Visit the Marine National Park and create a signature of memories. Transfer to Shimon by boat and spend the night at your hotel.

Day 14: Beach life, walks and swimming
After breakfast, you will take a walk around the beaches and take part in the many activities like swimming. The walk is a rewarding one and comes with scenic views of nature as well as interacting with the locals. We believe that at this point, you have had a long trip on your safari vehicle, use this day to cool down. Relax and do what you may find pleasing on Dian Beach. Lunch, Dinner, and overnight will be at your lodge.
Day 15: Transfer to Moi International Airport – Departure
