5 Days Serengeti and Uganda Gorillas
The combination of the big five animals and mountain gorillas in the 5 days Serengeti and Uganda gorillas is done in both Uganda and Tanzania. The Serengeti National Park is one of the adventure destinations for the game drive through the trails that allow you to view the wildlife. The major wildlife that is usually seen are the big five animals and others include giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many others.
The gorilla trekking is done in Uganda which is home to half of the world’s population of mountain gorillas. The activity is done in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is the home of the gorillas. The transfer to The Land of Thousand Hills – Rwanda to Kigali International Airport for outbound flight.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and transfer to the Serengeti National Park
You will be picked up from Arusha by our professional company guide. The guide will brief you about the 5 days of Serengeti and Uganda safaris. Later on, you will start with the transfer to the Serengeti National Park. Lunch will be along the way. Then you will be left to relax at your lodge. In the evening, you will go ahead with an evening game drive within the park. During the game drive, you will see wildlife like lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and many others. You will get your first sight of the great wildebeest migration experience. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and spend the night over.

Day 2: Full–day adventure in Serengeti National Park
On day 2 of the 5 days Serengeti and Uganda gorillas, you start with an early morning breakfast. Then embark on the full-day adventure in the Serengeti National Park. While in the park you will see different wildlife species like elephants, wildebeests, lions, and leopards. You will witness the world’s greatest animal migration – the wildebeest migration. Later on, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. After your lunch, you will again head back to the park for more adventure. Then in the evening, you will have the best views of the sunset. A picnic sundowner can be organized at a hippo pool or near a water source. In the later hours of the day, you will return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner, relaxation, and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer back to Arusha and fly to Uganda
You will have a transfer from Serengeti National Park to Arusha. After arriving in Arusha, you embark on the transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for the flight transfer to Uganda. On arrival in Uganda, you will be picked up by the company guide from the Entebbe International Airport. You will be transferred to the hotel for dinner, relaxation, and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After your early morning breakfast, you will go ahead with the transfer to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which will be about 8 to 9 hours of drive to the park. You will make a stopover at the equator for the photography. Later on, you will continue with the transfer. Upon arrival in Mbarara, you will make a stopover for lunch and then continue with the transfer to the Bwindi impenetrable national park. When you arrive in the park, you will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Gorilla trekking and transfer to Kigali International Airport
On your last day of the safari, you will head to the park headquarters for the briefing about the gorilla trekking. This activity is usually done in a group of 8 people who are supposed to visit a family in a day. You will continue with the activity that will last for about 2 to 7 hours of the day where you will meet the gorillas. Once you meet the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour in their presence. The park is home also home to multiple bird, primate, and wildlife species. Return to your lodge for checking out. After the gorilla trekking, you will be transferred to Rwanda – Kigali for the airport transfer to the Kigali International Airport for the outbound flight. This will mark the end of your 5 days of Serengeti and Uganda gorilla safaris.
